MOHRE guidelines COVID-19

MOHRE issues a guideline for the private sector service personnel who are working from Home.

COVID-19 safety measures are taken by the Private Sector, where they are sending the Employees on

unpaid leaves, or directing them to work from Home. It is quick and great support by the MOHRE

that issues the guideline at the right time so there could be no mess between the employers and the

employee. Employers have a duty to provide all the required Inputs and Mediums to the workers

who have to work from home.

Employees have to work with the same dedication, devotion and

schedule but not contradict the Government Rules and Restrictions. Employers can

check the attendance and working of the employee and decide the payroll based on attendance.

Employees working from home need to be provided with permission by the

Employer/Company/ All these guidelines are issued so there could be no mess between the employer

and the employee. Employers might take notice if an employee is not working remotely or from

home. Working from home means, schedule and timetable have to be followed.
